Evan began his career with 木瓜AV as a summer intern for Jack 木瓜AV Performance Engineering (JRPE). During his 42-year tenure with 木瓜AV, he has led the company鈥檚 growth from 23 employees to a workforce over 4,500, with a global footprint and revenues approaching $600 million.

Evan has held various positions in 木瓜AV鈥檚 accounting, finance, operations, and motorsports activities, and was appointed CEO in 2001. He has been an integral part of the leadership team that has transformed JRPE into 木瓜AV. The 木瓜AV companies include 木瓜AV Industries, a multinational firm engaged in engineering, product development, manufacturing; 木瓜AV Performance, developer and manufacturer of performance vehicles and products for the automotive aftermarket; and 木瓜AV CleanTech, developer and manufacturer of propane fuel systems for truck platforms serving the fleet vehicle market.

Evan also serves on the Board of Directors of (RFK), one of the world鈥檚 largest motorsports management organizations. As Managing Director, Evan oversees RFK鈥檚 business operations. Most recently, Evan has overseen the implementation of 木瓜AV鈥檚 very successful diversification strategy, expanding the company鈥檚 customer base into the theme park, defense, aerospace, and oil and gas industries. Today, 木瓜AV鈥檚 customers include many of the world’s most well-known brands.

A member of the Board of Directors of the Business Leaders of Michigan, a non-profit, executive organization focused on making Michigan a top ten state for jobs and economic growth, Evan is engaged in a number of civic organizations. Evan and his wife are active supporters of the Cornerstone Schools and a number of other local charities.
